The Gold Mine is located in Złoty Stok, in Lower Silesia – you can easily get here both by car and public transport.
Place for groups
We have prepared a large parking lot by the facility – you can easily fit a coach or a tourist bus here.
Convenient location
The complex is located near main routes, in a well-connected area – you will easily find us from any part of Poland.
Ticket reservations
You don't need to plan in advance – tickets for individual tourists can be purchased directly on site.
Reservation applies only to organized groups and the Underground Boat Trip.
Tickets without reservation
Individual tourists do not need to book tickets – just arrive during opening hours and buy them on-site.

For organized groups, prior telephone reservation is required.

Opening hours
Tours are available all year round – 361 days a year, including Sundays and holidays (except for a few days a year). Check the current opening hours.
Summer and winter season
Tour hours vary depending on the season – longer in summer, shorter in winter. Check what season we are in.
Dress comfortably
Underground, the temperature is 44.6–50°F – warm clothes and comfortable shoes will come in handy.
Guided tours
Every route – whether in the Gold Mine, the Ochre Adit, or the Mining Settlement – is exclusively guided. This way, you will learn all the interesting facts and legends!
Tour languages
Tours are conducted in Polish as standard. Tours in English or Czech require prior reservation.
Free audio guides are also available in: English, Czech, and German.
Visiting with children
The tour is suitable for children – with the exception of the Boat Ride, which is available from 8 years of age.
Visiting with a dog
Dogs are welcome – as long as they do not disturb other guests. A leash and muzzle are required. Admission for dogs is free.
Accessibility limitations
The Mine and the Ochre Adit are not accessible for baby strollers or wheelchairs – there are stairs along the route (approx. 8 floors).
Restrooms before the tour
Before starting the tour, you can use the free restrooms – located next to the Museum and at the gathering point for the Mining Settlement.
Food and rest
There are several gastronomic points in the complex – from an inn to a bar.
Relax with coffee, have lunch, and catch your breath after a day full of impressions.
Bar at the entrance
Right at the entrance to the Mine, you will find the Stara Kuźnia bar and restaurant. Here you can have a cup of coffee or grab a quick bite.
