Domowy smak, który zostaje w pamięci na długo

Right next to the entrance to the Medieval Mining Settlement, you’ll find a place where tradition meets homely warmth. Wooden tables, the scent of freshly brewed tea and cozy lighting create an atmosphere where you can truly relax — best by the fireplace with a cup of borscht or a bowl of hot żurek (sour rye soup).

Our pierogarnia was born out of a love for Polish cuisine. We cook the way we like to eat – honestly, simply and with heart. Every day we prepare pierogi by hand, from the dough to the filling, serving dishes that taste like grandma’s.

What sets us apart?

  • Handmade pierogi – six varieties, including classic meat, “ruskie” (potato and white cheese), cabbage and mushroom, sweet, vegetarian and old-Polish with bacon
  • Fresh daily lunches – chicken broth (rosół), tomato soup (pomidorowa), sour rye soup (żurek), red borscht, cucumber soup, pumpkin cream soup and others, cooked from scratch
  • Homemade main dishes – breaded pork cutlet (schabowy), meat patties (mielony), potato pancakes with mushroom sauce, goulash and sides like mom used to make
  • Warmth and coziness – wooden interior, fireplace, the smell of soup and tea that evokes memories
  • Honest cooking – we cook with heart, without compromises

Delicious pierogi menu

We make all pierogi by hand, from the dough to the filling. On our menu you’ll find six kinds of pierogi:

  • Classic meat pierogi — juicy and aromatic.
  • Pierogi “ruskie” – potatoes and white cheese, served with sour cream or fried onions.
  • Pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms – perfect for fans of traditional flavors.
  • Vegetarian pierogi – e.g., spinach with cheese or seasonal vegetables.
  • Sweet pierogi – with fruit or cheese, as a dessert or a tasty treat.
  • Old-Polish pierogi – potatoes and bacon topped with fried onions.

For everyone who loves real food

Our pierogarnia is the perfect place for lunch after sightseeing — whether you’re dropping by with family, a group of friends, or alone. Children will love sweet pierogi, adults will be delighted by traditional Polish flavors, and everyone will feel at home.

Where you’ll find us?

On the grounds of the Gold Mine complex — next to the Medieval Mining Settlement. You don’t have to look for a restaurant in Kłodzko — everything is right here on site.

Opening hours

We adapt to the season and tourist traffic — we’re open daily during the Gold Mine’s opening hours.
