Ticket reservations
When planning a visit to the attractions, it is not necessary to make a prior reservation. All you need to do is visit us during working hours and tickets will be available on site.
In the case of organized groups and the Underground Boat Ride, a reservation is necessary. More information under this number:

Opening hours
The opening and visiting hours depend on the individual attractions and the season in which you want to visit. Details and hours can be found in the Price List.
Sightseeing time
The exact time of visiting depends on the choice of the Tour Program or the visited attraction. The average length of stay in our complex is approx. 1 to 3.5 hours.
Entrances are organized every 45 minutes. When more people are interested, entries are organized more often. You will find the details of the visiting time here.
Guide
When visiting the Gold Mine, the Ochrov Adit and the Medieval Mining Village you are always accompanied by a guide.
Parking
Free parking spaces are available on the premises of the Gold Mine complex and nearby.

The guided tour is available in Polish, English and Czech.

Clothing
The temperature in the Gold Mine and the Ochrowa Adit underground ranges from 7-10ºC. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring warm clothes - according to the conditions on the route.
Sightseeing with a child
There are no age restrictions for tours, except for the Underground Boat Ride. Only adults and children from 8 years of age can swim.
Sightseeing with a dog
The Gold Mine, the Ochrowa Adit and the Medieval Mining Village can be visited with a dog, as long as it is not inconvenient for others.
People with a pram / disabled
Unfortunately, the Gold Mine and the Ochorwa Adit cannot be visited with a pram and a wheelchair for a disabled person. On the route there are eight-story stairs leading to an underground waterfall.
Toilets
Before starting the tour, you can use the toilets that are located next to the Museum or at the meeting point for the Medieval Mining Village. Toilets are free.
Food
Within the complex, you can rest and dine in designated areas. The Stara Kuźnia Inn and a bar are located at the entrance to the Gold Mine. Polish dishes as well as hot and cold drinks are served.

We are waiting for you all year round, including non-business days and Sundays, including non-commercial and public holidays, except for: Christmas Eve, the first day of Christmas, the first day of Easter, November 1.
The complex is open from: 9:00 - 16:00
There are two seasons we take into account
Summer season
from April 1 to October 31 complex is open: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Winter season
from November 1 to March 31 complex is open: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
